Privacy Policy — Continue Dream Playgrounds

Last updated: August 10, 2026

For parents and guardians: the short version

Continue Dream Playgrounds is an educational language game made for children. It does not collect, transmit, or share any information about the person playing.

The game runs entirely on the device. It asks for no account, no email, and no name. It does not access the microphone, camera, or location. There are no ads, no purchases, no chat, and no contact of any kind with other people.

Your child's progress is stored only on their own device. We have no access to it and cannot see it. To erase everything, simply uninstall the game.

1. Who we are

This game is developed by TROPICAL GAMES STUDIO LTDA, registered at Av. Paulista, 1471, São Paulo, SP.

Contact for any privacy matter: support@tropicalgames.com.br

2. What data we collect

None.

We do not collect personal data, usage data, device identifiers, location data, contact details, or any other information about you or the child playing.

3. What stays on the device

The game stores the following exclusively in the device's own memory, in order to function:

  • Scores and high scores
  • Progress through the learning plan and history of completed activities
  • Preferences and settings (language, volume, accessibility)
  • Anonymous in-game usage statistics, used to adjust difficulty

This information is never sent to us or to any third party. It does not leave the device. We cannot access, read, or recover it — not even on request.

Uninstalling the game deletes all of it.

4. Permissions

The game does not request access to microphone, camera, location, contacts, photos, files, calendar, Bluetooth, or network.

5. Advertising and monetisation

The game has no advertising, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and uses no ad network. We do not use advertising identifiers (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS).

6. Interaction with other people

The game is single-player only. There is no chat, messaging, multiplayer, online leaderboard, comment feature, or social sharing.

7. Third-party services

We integrate no analytics, advertising, social, or tracking SDKs.

One clarification about something outside our control: the stores the game is downloaded from — Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Steam — collect their own data about downloads, installs, and use of their platforms, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive that data in any individualised form. To understand what they collect, please consult the privacy policies of Google, Apple, and Valve.

8. Children

This game is made for children and designed to be safe by default.

Because we collect no information at all, there is no processing of children's personal data. We therefore do not request parental consent for collection — there is nothing to consent to.

If you are a parent or guardian with any question, write to support@tropicalgames.com.br.

9. Security

Progress data is protected by the device operating system's own mechanisms. Because nothing is transmitted, there is no risk of interception in transit, and there is no database of ours that could be breached.

10. Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, port, or delete. You have full control: uninstalling the game erases everything.

That said, if you email us, that email stays with us. We will reply, and you may ask us to delete the message at any time.

11. Changes to this policy

If the game ever begins collecting information — for example when synced progress reports or an online mode are added — we will update this policy before the feature goes live, change the date above, and notify you inside the game.

12. Jurisdiction-specific notices

European Union and EEA (GDPR). We are not a controller of players' personal data, as no processing takes place. There is no international data transfer, and no cookies or trackers are used. Article 8 GDPR (children's consent) is not engaged, because there is no collection.

United Kingdom (UK GDPR and the Age Appropriate Design Code). The game adopts the most protective standard by design: no collection, no profiling, no nudge techniques, no geolocation, and no engagement mechanics that exploit a child's attention.

United States (COPPA). We do not collect personal information from children under 13 as defined in 16 CFR Part 312. Because there is no collection, verifiable parental consent is not required.

Brazil (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). No processing of personal data takes place. Data protection contact: support@tropicalgames.com.br. Supervisory authority: ANPD.

Canada (PIPEDA), Australia (Privacy Act), and other jurisdictions. The same principle applies wherever local data protection law is applicable: there is no collection, processing, disclosure, or transfer of players' personal data.
