How to report bugs and issues?

If you've found a bug or technical issue during gameplay, your help is essential for improving our titles. To report a bug, visit our Support Center.

In the report form, provide as much information as possible: detailed description of the issue, when it occurred, what actions you were performing before the bug appeared, and screenshots or videos if available.

Information about your platform (PC/Console), game version, and system specifications are also helpful. The more details you provide, the faster our team can reproduce and fix the issue.
